Meal bowl or side dish, you decide:
- Cook up a package of pasta, a short kind ideally, reserve about a cup of the cooking liquid.
- Toss the cooked pasta with one tray of the vegetables, a few pats of butter and enough of the cooking liquid to make it saucy.
- Don’t be shy about using some fresh herbs, peas or zest if you have them and top each portion with some crumbled feta, grated cheese or toasted breadcrumbs.
